• Lead the Commercial Operations Support Team and acting as single point of contact for franchise analytics team for data-related questions and analysis related to the commercial ecosystem and related integrated systems.• Lead the daily oversight of all Field Services outbounds, ticket queue monitoring, and escalation management.• Lead the team that supports IT operations for all of Takeda US Business Units.• Lead the relationship with IT customers to understand requirements and customer need and help develop solutions.• Assist other IT teams in ensuring immediate escalation for troubleshooting business critical issues and concerns.• Ensure that platform delivers expected performance regarding consistency, and processing schedule.• Use knowledge of systems, process flows, and procedures to aid analyses and recommendations for solution offerings.• Develop comprehensive change management impact assessment for all technology projects and ensure necessary actions are taken.• Understand and transform multiple data sets related to commercial IT Pharmaceutical data focusing on areas such as Customer – HCP & HCO, Product, Direct sales, specialty pharmacy sales, Biological Distributor chargebacks, Contract & Pricing, Calls, Patient Services, claims, payor, master data management, product launch analytics, and other commercial data engineering needs• Develop technical solutions required for ingestion, transformation, and loading of data from several data sources and large data sets with a focus on Customer, Sales, Claims, and Engagement dimensions and commercial systems.• Develop data quality checks according to our requirements.• Establish data engineering techniques and best practices for data transformation, data integrity, test design, validation, and documentation.• Perform root cause analysis of business concerns about data flow and complex pipelines through data quality processes, customer master, and the data warehouse, in collaboration with business, IT teams, third-party data vendors, and software providers.
