Responsibilities:• Train, Mentor, Work Allocation to fellow recruiters, delivery management and prepar-ing reports.• Effectively leading a team of 6 recruiters and involved in delivery of the requisitions.• Coordinating with clients and getting the requirements, allocating them to the team.• Screening and pooling all the relevant profiles, Scrutinizing of Resumes to ensure that they match the client's requirements accurately & Scheduling 1st level interviews.• Processing shortlisted candidate’s profiles to the clients and arranging technical discussions with the clients.• Follow up with the clients for the feedbacks before and after interview.• Conducting HR round for the selected candidate having discussion with respect to em-ployment policies, Job Role, salary/CTC negotiations, date of joining, releasing offer let-ters etc• Perform end-to-end recruitment, second level closing of candidates to make sure candidates are properly locked before submitting their candidature to the clients.• Train new recruiters and help them come to speed; help them understand the requisi-tions.• Keep track of weekly performance of recruiters (submissions, interviews and hires).• Work with recruiters to maintain a quick response time for every possible requisition and made sure quality is not being compromised on.• Management of MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
