Forecast of total short-term and long-term Human resources requirements in the unit. Coordinate and cooperate with the Training & Development team to conduct the training needs assessment and provide the individual training development plan for the staff of the unit. To monitor/ensure payment of Salary - Wages on time. Organize meetings in the presence of DGM, and HR with the worker counselors and welfare officers to ensure that all the grievances and disputes from workers are dealt with and resolved effectively.As a corporate trainer, I specialize in designing and delivering training programs for employees within an organization.
