Generated new development deals across domains.1. Sourcing candidates from different sources – Networking Sites (Linked In, Facebook, Peer power), Referrals, Jobsites, Existing databases, etc.2. Screening, searching and short listing candidate's profile according to the parameters set by the client.3. Regular uploading of job advertisement's on jobsites (Paid and Free), Blogs on behalf of clients to invite applications from the prospective candidates.4. Conduct the initial interview's (telephonic) to assess their abilities, communication skills and updating the clients about the candidate's abilities and their expectations. 5.
