Accountable for driving the transformation of client's Commercial Bank data assets into a comprehensive Data Ecosystem intentionally engineered to fuel AI’s (including GenAI) and BI's across Commercial Bank and other LOB's within the firm. Additionally, am leading AI/ML (including GenAI) technology across Commercial Bank to drive new revenue generating products and operational efficiency capabilities supporting commercial lending, payments, wholesale loans, digital properties, innovation economy and real estate use cases. Spearheading the development of conventional AI’s and ML models as well as Agent Based AIs, LLMs, and GenAI servicing a variety of summarization, Q&A and process automation-based use cases. Leveraging the Commercial Bank data ecosystem for development of AI/ML models, RAG pipelines and customized LLM models. Other responsibilities include MLOps, LLM Ops, Controls and Governance for LLMs and traditional AIs implemented in Commercial Bank.

Head of Genpact’s Machine Learning Ecosystem. Genpact’s AI/ML platform is supporting all phases of the ML development lifecycle including feature engineering and model monitoring. I am responsible for driving the AI/ML Ecosystem strategy, its implementation, and firm-wide adoption. Work closely with Product Management and all lines of business, including technology and research centers of excellence across the firm to create pathways to AI/ML. Am a strong advocate of creating an AI/ML ecosystem that is built on automation, self-learning, automated ML, governance, and support for multiple personas. I believe that AI/ML ecosystems should naturally foster contribution, discovery and consumption and should know their users just as any other AI/ML application does.

Leader of a large organization dedicated to the democratization of Machine Learning across Genpact. Provide ML technology, tools, and platforms, ML applications and POCs, ML education and playbooks, and ML research to all Genpact lines of business and shared technology organizations.
