• Specialties: Full Recruitment Life Cycle.• Responsible for entire recruiting cycle: understanding the job requirements, sourcing the right candidate, arranging technical interviews, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with consultants.• Generate a pipeline of appropriate resumes/candidates, profile/prequalify, interview and follow-up with hiring manager on potential fit of those candidates who meet the job requirements and preferences.• Locate potential candidates utilizing variety of job boards (i.e. Dice, Monster, Career Builder.etc.), our internal database, referrals, cold calling, Networking. • Pre-Screening of potential Candidate in terms of qualification, work experience, previous references. • Conduct detailed phone interviews with candidates and match their skills, as well as their personalities with that of the client’s needs and environment. Prepare thorough candidate submittals to further increase the candidate’s chances of being selected.• Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies.• Maintaining the database of all the Consultants and Employers. • Experienced in recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, TN, EAD, H1B through Sourcing & Well-versed with processes like W2 (Benefited & Non-benefited), Corp-Corp & 1099.• Worked individually and in team as per requirement. Maintaining various reports like submittal report, Daily report, interview status report, joining detail.• I still do hard work with my aim and for my company growth.
