CurrentHR-Generalist (MIS-Specialist)L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering LimitedWork ExperienceMore than 5.5 YearsJob Responsibilities1) Accountability of MIS-Providing various data day to day basis on requirement of the company, as Manpower Strengths, Trigger Analysis, Attrition Ratio, Present and absence ratio etc.-Creating presentation of merging data as a result for future perspective of the company.-Benefits related MIS is also maintained.-Experience wise list maintained, Staff record sheet to be updated on the promotion of employees.2) Handling Confirmation-Handling confirmation appraisal performance form and issue letter to the employees as on their completing probation period.-Distributing increments and confirmation appraisal form and letter to the HOD’s and taking receiving from them.-Generating leave quota balance on completion of the employee’s probation.3)Staff Administration (People Basics)-Looking after employee benefits as mobile reimbursement, PC Scheme, Relocation Expenses, Pre medical expenses, Hospitalization bills, etc. -Issuing various certificate on employees request.-Entry all the details of employees those name go for probe reference check and sending all the needful documents to investigate and get the reports for further action.-Providing joining sets as a kit to new joinee, checking the documents or certificates given by them and handling over to training department for induction training program.-Capturing exit feedback for measuring or analysis employees attrition rate for trigger analysis for retaining employees at level best.-Taking care absconding cases for all process.-Implementing Exit process for zero defects/queries after resignation of employees.
