Ensure implementation of Code of Conduct of the Company with ZERO Tolerance. Key Accomplishments  Recruitment & Resourcing: Designed & Implemented new recruitment strategy to take talent with proper geographical balance and desired ratio of Permanent & Temp staffing. Introduced new Induction level in workmen category.  Handled the talent acquisition on Pan India level in for their clients.  Brought down attrition rate and improved employee engagement level by new HR strategy i.e.: ATMA MANTHAN (Teamwork), and ATMA PARIVARTAN (Change Management).
