Lead Technical Support Engineer
CurrentAs part of my job, I perform the following duties:-Provide technical support for the diagnosing, troubleshooting, debugging of complex software-Report design, reliability and software errors to Research and Development team, which may include the configuring of a test environment to demonstrate problems or validate solutions-Involve in customer installation and training and be a part of 'Ask An Expert' sessions to demonstrate software functionalities to customers-Manage communications to customers, at all levels, to maintain positive relationships-Participate in problem solving escalation and call prevention projects to help customers and other technical support staff increase efficiency-Contribute to online knowledge base of known issues and solutions and work closely with knowledge management team-Advise and train Technical Support Engineers of entry level experience
