• Read and understand technical including the scope of work, specification documents, and drawings.• Provide construction phase engineering and management services, including solutions and alternatives for the fieldwork to either improve the quality or save money.• Review change orders and negotiate claims.• Participate in project-related meetings.• Communicate on an ongoing basis with the Consultants and Contractors, gathering information in a proactive manner wherever possible.• Ensure to keep up with the internal system in place for the receiving, tracking, and inspection documents.• Ensure thorough and complete logs are maintained at all times on the document control system including submittals, RFI’s.• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure project completion as per the specs.• Be able to read and interpret project CPM schedule, track progress and determine the root cause of delays if it exists.

Courses Taught:Fluid Machinery, Engineering Drawing (Orthographic Projection and Isometric Projection), Machine Design Element, Industrial Safety and Environment, Heat Transfer and Manufacturing Process.Teaching Responsibilities:• Evaluate curricula, course materials, and instructional methods to better serve the needs of the industry and students.• Prepare and distribute course materials such as syllabus, homework assignments, handouts, etc.• Develop instructional materials to provide an interactive classroom learning experience.• Prepare effective assessments to evaluate student learning and provide prompt qualitative and quantitative feedback. • Supervise student research and laboratory work.• Maintain regularly scheduled office hours to advise and assist students.• Maintain student records for departmental reporting.• Setup and maintain the lab project for the Engineering Department. • Build community partnerships through community programs and/or activities. • Expand personal learning through attendance at conferences and professional meetings. • Worked in the marketing team to improve the admission process as well as informed students about the university policies.
