Raj is currently supporting the execution of key strategic initiatives for the Global transformation office at Cognizant post his MBA from IIM Udaipur.In his previous role at Cognizant, Raj worked extensively on large internal datasets to bring forth insights which helps the leadership take key decisions in improving operational efficiency. Over the years, he has built an excellent command over Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau & Python.He has a Pre-MBA work experience of 21 months in a project management role at Jindal steel and power limited. In his Undergraduate, he got elected as Vice-President of the Student Council. At IIM Udaipur, he is an executive member of Saksham-The entrepreneurship cell of IIM Udaipur.He has co-authored a research paper titled " Index to measure Organisational learning" in an international journal, IJSREM with a colleague from BITS Pilani. The research highlights the broad parameters that can be tracked to understand an Organisation's learning curve. He is the national winner of the "Soovshop Growth Hacker challenge" among 141 teams across India's top B-schools.
