As a Senior Advisor at IPPF ESEAOR, I lead the design and delivery of high-quality monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and evidence projects. With over 13 years of experience in research, evaluation, program management, and large-scale program implementation, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field of international development.I have worked with diverse partners, including governments, non-governmental organizations, corporates, foundations and multilateral agencies, to design and implement effective and innovative solutions for livelihoods, health, gender and poverty alleviation. My work has focused on the cross-cutting themes of gender, inclusion, and convergence, and has spanned across Afghanistan, South East Asia, India and the United Kingdom. I have also published and presented my work on various platforms, showcasing my expertise and thought leadership in M&E and evidence. My mission is to use data and evidence to inform policies and programs that create positive and sustainable social impact.
