• Managed the recruitment for IT Advisory Services which includes functions such as - Insurance/Guidewire, Testing, Digital Technology, Oracle, Banking & Capital Market, TSD Compliance, SAP, Managed Services, Enterprise Intelligence/Data Analytics and CRM practices for 4 locations - Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon and Trivandrum.• Hiring support for other Service lines such as Support functions, Tax and Assurance for leadership, lateral, niche skills & campus hiring.• Managed a team of 6 recruiters & 4 RPO recruiters, provided training in sourcing techniques on LinkedIn, Taleo & Job Portals.• POC for Vendor management and their performance evaluations & recognition's.• Aligning with the business leaders to understand the current/future hiring needs and plan for achieving the same.• MIS reporting - weekly, monthly & yearly and review meetings with the business leaders.• Provided the market intelligence to the business and make measurable changes to the sourcing plan to attract quality applicants.
