Managing Cash (deposits and withdrawals) in the Gumla branch _ Jharkhand location.Activities pertaining to inward and outward clearing, NEFT and RTGS requests, Account transfer requests, Gold loan disbursement, FD and RD creations etc.Visiting Currency chests to deposit the excess cash .Customer visits etc

Major activities involved in:Underwriting cases of Unsecured PL- salaried, secured AL,TWL and Consumer Durable loans of Eastern zone.Personal Discussion (PD) visits.Managing monthly PAR audit reverts.Handling the CCPA team involved in data entry in LOS application.Branch visits on time to time basis.Dealer and DSA visits on monthly basis.Imparting policy trainings to the Sales team and data entry team .

Underwriting cases of Commercial Vehicle, Construction Equipment and Passenger Vehicle loans.Visiting high value customers on monthly basis.Visiting delinquent customers on monthly basis.Branch visits performed along with trainings imparted to the team.
