Form a link bentween RnD and Sales team helping them reach a conclusion for correct solution for problems occuring in the shop floor at customer end.

Primary role includes:-Oversee the adhesive production and QC team , as well as the QC team of raw material and packaging material . -Direct reporting to the VP technical and Managing Director so as to provide them with all the necessary updates.-Connect with the adhesives marketing team to provide them the necessary technical support in form of either accompanying them to the customer end in case of any technical problems or to provide them with documents such as MSDS and TDS.
