• Currently working as a Core Team Member (CTM) responsible for Sales, Marketing & CRM functions for implementation of SAP in the organization • To ensure Sales of allocated projects at approved price levels in order to achieve target revenue as per Annual Business Plan • Successfully led the pre-launch team of a premium residential project • Headed the Site Sales team of a premium residential project with over 1 million sq feet under development• Develop new initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Site Team• Coordinate with Marketing to conduct events at site for the target segment • Create strong channel partnerships and develop alternate channels for increasing width and depth of distribution pipelines
