Being part of core HR team, had handled three processes (L&D, On-boarding & Credentials). Did various comparative data study and presented dashboards in front of the management team. It included study of:i) Annual man hours of learning delivered. ii) Attrition data.iii) Employee Productivity analysis.iv) Gap analysis of exits for better retention management.v) Statistical study of new & ex-employee verification/credentials.Did paper presentation on "Learning & Talent technology excellence awards" and received accolade.An active participate in NHRD, ASSOCHAM, SHRM and PeopleMatters HR workshops & Seminars.Had managed two regional teams in East and West zone, for smooth functioning of these processes.
