Kunal is an experienced restructuring and insolvency practitioner at PwC with a successful track-record of supporting companies, lenders and other stakeholders in distressed situations. He is a strong advocate of a going concern solvent restructuring solutions, where possible, as insolvency impairs company value and should only be seen as a last resort. Kunal's clients range from a wide industry group in Africa and are typically DFI backed businesses or privately owned. His experience of working with multinational banks, PE houses and regulators allows him to understand different perspectives when providing advice and identifying options.Kunal was recently awarded the *Differentiator award*, described as, “For always making a great difference in terms of direction, learning, solving problems or getting people towards a goal/result”.
