At Evive, we are helping employees get educated about their benefits, health insurance plans and keep themselves healthy by participating in employer-sponsored programs. We are doing this by personalising user's experience by making relevant benefits recommendations through our SaaS offering. As of now, we're revamping our core MyEvive experience through intensive user testing and feedback, making benefits navigation and exploration easier for our employees. Our redesigned products received an NPS score of "40" from a negative "-26" after the redesign. Our next focus is to leverage AI and LLMs to bring even deeper personalization for our users.

At Designerrs, we designed an online platform to facilitate learner's enrollment in our courses and to promote seamless collaboration with their mentors. My role was to:• Design learning web applications for aspiring designers enabling them to access their study material and to gather and access rich feedback from their mentors on their assignments. • Design web applications for design mentors to evaluate learners' assignments and deliver feedback. • Design admin application for monitoring batches, hosting and managing courses and organizing community events.Other Responsibilities• Mentoring junior designers to improve the visual identity and overall experience of our products and services.• Designing curriculums for Data Visualization, Smartwatch Design and Conversation Design.
