Design & development of 420kV Shunt reactor upto 125MVAr. Developed various calculation methods of 2-winding and 3-winding power transformers, all types of auto-transformers and completed various tender designs. Design calculation & simulation by VIT softwares ELDINST for short circuit & IMV (VLN) for impulse calculation by TBEA Shenyang R&D experts. Cost variance analysis of final design with tender material cost and feedback to tender group. Worked to achieve material cost reduction target of present job orders.

Learning different power products, EPC Switchyard projects & HVDC latest technology.▪ Successfully designed and executed various types of projects for utilities i.e.:PGCIL, Shree cement, MEPL, Voith Hydro, NTPC, ISOLUX, UPPTCL, SSNNL, GETCO, PTCUL, Adani Power, SAIL, KPTCL, Tata steel, Vizag Steel, Essar Power, PSEBetc.▪ Export orders like PGCB Bangladesh, OETC Oman, PEC Yemen etc.▪ Successfully completed design review and drawing approval from Powergrid projects, NTPC, PSEB, GETCO, prototype approval of 30.24MVA from RDSO, Tata steel, PGCB, OETC and various Indian and exports customers.
