• Receiving incoming spare parts, raw materials, consumables & tools from suppliers, also spare parts to be refurbished from customers.• Releasing spare parts, consumables & tools to operators by request and user approval.• Manage the record of incoming and outgoing spare parts, consumables & tools by Microsoft Excel & ERP.• 5S/5R implementation in working area.• Optimize store space by most efficient method & items organization.• sort, categorize and keep material for each different work areas, e.g welding, CNC & coating department to simplify the inventory process.• Make Purchase Order to PPIC for workshop operations based on minimum quantity.• Reduce stock discrepancy by scheduled stock taking.• participate in regular audit by internal & external auditor.

• Develop standar operating procedures and work strategies for efficient and safe workplace• Manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of spare parts to ensure timely delivery to sites.• Assisted in the implementation of WMS, improved inventory accuracy and streamlined operations.• Train new team member on proper and safe use of tools and equipment.• Manage high standard of cleanliness and safety through 5S/5R implementation.• Prepare and report in weekly, monthly and annual warehouse reports to user.• Improve spare parts delivery process by collaborate with various departments (Field service team, field warehouse team, workshop team, Maintenance Planner, SCM / Procurement and forwarder) to manage timely delivery and avoid delays of shipment.• Cooperate with logistics companies to facilitate spare parts shipped to sites in cost-effective, safest and on-time delivery.

• Receiving and processing incoming spare parts and consumables, verifying quantity and condition by delivery notes, record into excel & WMS.• Release spare parts & consumables to operators by request and user approval, record into excel and WMS.• Manage, organize & retrieve stock of new mechanical & electrical from suppliers and also refurbish/repaired spare parts from workshop.• Prepare, picking, packing and deliver spare parts & consumables to several power plants (Aceh 10MW, Pekanbaru 50MW & 12MW, Rengat 15MW, Tembilahan 15MW, Tanjung Belit 15MW, Kota Tengah 5MW, Jambi 50MW, Mukomuko Bengkulu 4MW, PHS-Sosa 1.5MW, Palembang 50MW & Tanjung Balai Karimun 5MW).• Participate in scheduled stock opname and audit from Internal auditor (PT. VP JKT & PSO HK) and also External auditor.

• Supervise Loading & Unloading activities for preventing damages & delays in shipment schedules.• Handling customer complaints and offer mutual solutions for customers & company.• Enhanced branch performance by handling staff conflict • Preparing work schedule for every staff, also in peak seasons.• Rearrange delivery routes, operational hours and off day schedule to improve services to customers.• Improve branch efficiency by streamlining delivery process by collaborate with cross-functional team (freight, gateway, quality control team) to optimize delivery time.• Implement safety protocols to minimize traffic accidents, ensuring a secure work environment for every staff.• Create strategies to develop & expand sales also branch brand awareness.• Manage branch inventory e.g boxes, stationaries also office daily supplies for daily branch operation.• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback also suggestions.
