Since 1996 I have managed increasingly larger service- and sales organizations – all of which presented complex challenges and often also quite different employee profiles in terms of education, expertise, geography and values.I consider myself to be focused on results, inspiring, good at generating progress and a good judge of character. My profile is predominantly service- and client oriented with focus on commercial aspects/sales. I find it easy to establish contact with people regardless of professional level and I value a working life where I communicate with both clients, employees and colleagues on a daily basis. My management style is based on encouragement and delegation. I know the value of highly motivated employees and am fully aware of what is expected of a modern leader both professionally and personally. I like to interact with employees to ensure that we are all on the same page and moving in the same direction. It is important to me that I continue to make a difference through my work and I strive to live up to the following values: Honesty, trust, credibility, loyalty, fairness and not least business acumen.
