I am currently a student at BYU-Idaho and an engineering intern at American Pump & Drilling. Really early on in school I decided my goal is to become a mechanical engineer because I enjoy learning about physics and math concepts and how they are applied to make things work. I also spent some time working in the Kawasaki Manufacturing plant in Lincoln, NE. My first time working there I worked in the assembly line for their Mules, which is the name for their utility side x sides. Later on, I went back there again to work in their Railcar plant, which is also in Lincoln, NE. Working in the two Kawasaki plants were what helped me decided to study mechanical engineering.I’m always looking for new experiences to broaden my knowledge and experience. Skills: SolidWorks CAD (CSWA) drafting, Microsoft Excel, basic Python coding, basic metal fabrication, commercial driving (CDL B)
