Process control is the key to producing a quality urethane part. If a processor follows steps 1-20 exactly the same way each time, as ESCO does, a successful part is produced over and over again. Allowing variation into any single step along the way, produces part to part variation which translates into mixed performance in the field. Our process control is transparent and easy to follow, and we believe it is just one of the things that separates us from the rest. One tour through our plant will make you a believer too.I joined ESCO Plastics over 30 years ago as an entry level plastic technician where I first learned some of the valuable lessons of process control from one of the pioneers in the urethane industry, Doug Marchand. As I grew and took ownership of the company, I, along with my partners, invested heavily in the tools that would allow us to provide quality urethane parts delivered on time to our customers. Today, we are one of the largest urethane manufactures in Texas.Outside of work, I am an avid outdoorsman.
