Oversee MIS & Reporting activities supporting Synchrony's Source To Pay teams including Supplier Risk, Sourcing, and Procure to Pay. Lead global teams including domestic, off-shore, agile, and vendor resources responsible for the build and maintenance of centralized data repositories within Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments where we leverage commercial and open source data management tools (SAS, Hive, R, Python) along with Visual Analytic software (SAS Visual Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Hyperion) to provide targeted dashboard reporting, insights, and automated alerting that is customized to all stakeholder teams across the organization. Additional responsibilities include the build, maintenance, and integration of enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, Coupa, MetricStream, Service Now, eGRC, Salesforce.com, ACM, and SharePoint/Nintex to create and support workflow processes, reporting, and other operational tasks. Processes supported include supplier onboarding, supplier risk profiling, supplier due diligence and related functional assessments, ongoing supplier oversight activities/performance, 3rd party spend and contract activities, all 3rd party governance, issue, and risk management, and speech analytics.

Oversee development of Saxbys Coffee Franchise locations in Ohio and neighboring midwest locations. Assist Franchisees in acquiring ownership of Saxbys Coffee location(s) within territory. Personal ownership in 2 locations in the Dayton/Cincinnati area.

Manage performance and risk related due dilignece for GECRBs 2,500 supplier relationships. Work closely with Supplier Managers to monitor and enforce post contractual supplier performance and compliance as well as documenting Process Controls, Risk Standards and mitigation plans to ensure quality of service from suppliers and adherence to regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include development of risk assessment processes and tools, creation and maintenance of systems to retain critical documents/data, and provide reporting that is required by internal executives as well as regulatory agencies.

Oversee all POS operations and strategic initiatives for GE Money Client Services department. Partner with internal cross functional teams and external Vendor partners to manage software/hardware updates, equipment servicing, and day-to-day maintenance / supply needs for approximately 200,000 merchant locations. Manage third party call center aimed at servicing GE Money clients to assist with application processing, sales/promotional transactions, merchant statements, and general merchant inquiry.

Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of all business applications and systems related to Retail and Online Commerce, Food Service, Hotel, and Golf / Tour Reservations. Systems include GERS Host Retail, Accounting, and Warehouse Management System, Triversity POS and Mobile POS System, Counterpoint Online Ecommerce and Order Fulfillment System, Micros 3700 Food System, Micros Fidelio Hotel System, RIO Reservation System, Caterware, MP2 Project Management System, Vertex Tax Software, PeopleSoft Financial System, and Planalyst Planning & Allocation System. Direct IT staff needed to support Database Administration, Telecommunications, End User Support, and Help Desk functions. Databases supported include Oracle, Sybase, SQL Anywhere, SQL Plus, Btrieve, and Access. Lead Decision Support staff responsible for data warehouse management and data mining of 30+ datasources as well as the design and distribution of all reporting functions to include automated / ad hoc delivery of executive dashboards and score card reporting, drill down analytics, and static information residing on the organizations portal environment.
