Primary Responsibilities:• Improve the strategic business value of IS• Leads for the development, execution, and maintenance of a multi-year IS Strategic Plan that will enable the identification and appropriate use of technology to address the organization’s most important current/future business priorities while ensuring continuous value delivery, appropriate technology investment, and cost effectiveness of service delivery• Create actionable strategies that address prioritized business needs with new technologies and trends, and work with line of business colleagues on return on investment and risk management decisions• Promote continuous improvements in quality, dependability, and agility of products/services through strategic planning, development, and implementation of Enterprise Architecture and ITSM processes and standards• Drive continuous improvement of the business experience regarding the use of IS services through the fostering of communication, planning, and implementation of Business Relationship Management (BRMs)• Responsible for Architecture, ITSM and Business Relationship Managers (BRMs).
