Why should we talk?I am committed and effective in accompanying thoughtful, intentional humans to move forward towards their best lives, as they continuously develop and grow through their life journey.What does that mean in plain English, I help them explore “What’s Next?”We all have times where life just “hand’s” us an incredible blow or opportunity. Something we had not seen coming or had even imagined would be our reality, but no matter how much we try to think/wish/ignore it away – there it is!When this has happened to me in the past, a child with several mental health challenges, industry-wide layoffs, even losing a home with Superstorm Sandy, I was on my own, I “made do “,” got by” or “simply existed”. Maybe this sounds familiar to you?Personally, I hit a wall, or maybe a chasm, a few years ago with this question, “What’s Next?”. I faced making these big, scary changes across many areas of my life and the times since then have been hard, fascinating, crushing, curious and wonderful. Out of my journey to explore what was next, I have gained incredible insight into the value of inner personal work and of being accompanied by a Co-Active coach to improve:• understanding and addressing my internal challenges. • the way I perceive and interact with the world around me. • relationships at all levels of my life.• my ability to create and execute actions, making meaningful progress happen.As a result, I have become a Co-Active trained whole life coach myself, gratefully bringing these types of growth and fulfillment to clients I now work with. I have also had multiple decades of operations and organizational development management positions and further training in Intentional Peer Support and Relational Trauma and use these experiences to help inform the sessions with clients. I look forward to talking to those of you ready to join me in this fascinating journey to further develop the whole human in each of us.
