I’m a Real Estate Industry leader who helps organizations and their partners navigate change and growth at the intersection of Business Development, Digital Engagement, Policy, and Partnerships. For over a decade, I’ve served in customer-facing leadership (Regional VP of Customer Success) for Bright MLS, the nation’s second-largest MLS SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) provider. We rapidly quadrupled the company’s association membership and developed strategic alliances with world-class partners such as Redfin, Compass, Realogy, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, The Zillow Group, and more. I’m also passionate about leveraging technology to drive agility and operational excellence. In 2021, I was enlisted by our Executive team to cross over from Business Development to Director of MLS Policy, with mission to rebuild the company’s data, policy, and regulatory compliance infrastructure. We launched a winning education campaign, secured stakeholder buy-in, and aligned our user interface to prevent infractions, reducing violations by more than half. Some Recent Career Milestones:➡️ M&A BUSINESS INTEGRATION – RECRUITED, ONBOARDED, AND INTEGRATED 10 MLS ASSOCIATIONS – Via multiple engagement and training initiatives, we integrated previously disparate MLSs with zero loss to regional competitors. ➡️ CLIENT ENGAGEMENT – Served as senior company liaison for C-Level corporate, association, and brokerage relationships. Coached 14 Customer Success specialists with new strategies for ongoing client training and engagement.➡️ TRAINING – Launched “Accuracy Matters” campaign across network to raise policy awareness. Established better communications between business development, policy, and product teams. Developed product enhancements to prevent violations. ➡️ PROCESS IMPROVEMENT; DIGITAL INNOVATION – Collaborated with Product teams, Business Development, and Users to implement an integrated customer-feedback process, accelerating product fixes and enhancements.➡️ STRATEGIC PLANNING – Drafted Customer Engagement roadmaps for team using a multi-channel strategy that included focus groups, training events, trade show follow-up, trend analysis, and one-on-one outreach. ➡️ INNOVATIVE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT – Addressed unmet needs of Real Estate teams via development of SaaS sales tracking and analysis product–Teams by Bright, which was adopted by over 1,300 teams within months.
