At Mediacom I function as a high touch Project Manager, reporting directly to the CIO, focusing on new projects that are high profile or on ongoing projects that need triage. I specialize in implementing successful and transitional processes; maintaining detailed objective, iterative project plans; and executive level documentation.

Oversaw 20 personnel, composed of employees and staffing resources, across North America in the Development, Quality Assurance and Release Management teams. I was responsible for setting scope and timing of releases, coordinating resources across teams, and ensuring delivery. During my tenure, I organized development from an ad hoc work effort into a scheduled, release driven process. I worked with the Product team and clients to define priorities, and keep all stakeholders informed.I also oversaw cross departmental teams on a range of projects. Put in place workflow techniques to promote a highly efficient cross-utilization of local and offshore resources, growing profit margins by 15%. • Replaced a clients desktop-based IT system with co-located server farm utilizing virtualization and RDP staff access. By utilizing this architecture in combination with my HR plan of a flextime workforce, allowed office to raise staff headcount by 25% in existing 100% capacity office, thus forestalling a 50% rent increase for a larger office space.• Increased efficiency in a client’s organization by designing and deploying a documentation and paperless office solution to support a distributed US team. This resulted in major labor savings and lower costs, resulting in a profit margin increase of 12%.
