Responsible for leading a team to profile, analyze, cleanse, and enrich data through the ETL process of the second full-life cycle implementation of SAP at Tate & Lyle. As a part of the greater Data Migration Team of the R2 Genesis Business Transformation Programme my team works to deliver high quality data to drive the enhanced business processes being rolled out in this implementation. My team is responsible for building and maintaining the staging database (MS SQL Server) where data is transformed and analyzed in accordance to the conversion requirements from the Legacy to the Target system and improved data quality standards for new Master Data Governance processes. Further, my team has successfully delivered the data remediation plan, supported the load of master data into the production environment with data that exceeds 98% compliance to data quality standards, and coordinated the pre- and post-load business validation with data Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Senior Data Owners.

Generate precision data extracts for review in legacy data cleansing activities and creating specifications for data ETL procedures. Refine and coordinate a robust process for business data validation including developing a custom application to facilitate the mass creation of data review files for use by business data Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Provide technical and functional support to business data SMEs regarding data review files, the data validation process, and how the transformed and enriched data is required to drive upgraded functionality in the target SAP system. Build and refine data transformation procedures utilizing T-SQL stored procedures according to specifications and the framework for Tate & Lyle's custom ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) application for a variety of business areas including Material, Customer, and Vendor master data as well as production, inventory, maintenance, quality, procurement, and transportation data. Design and build a module to be added on to the ETL application for data profiling and data quality reporting. Execute production data modifications to bring data into compliance with newly implemented global data quality standards and data migration requirements.
