CurrentAs an Adoption Success Coach, I am a resource to any Repfabric Customer with an adoption issue: anything from a hiccup that has stalled adoption to customers having trouble making CRM part of their company culture. Having used various CRM systems while owning a Manufacturers' Representative firm, I am uniquely qualified for this role by having 20 years of experience in successful implementation and adoption. Adoption issues have stayed the same in the last 25 years. I am pleased to utilize my experience to help our customers work through any roadblocks they encounter so they can benefit from Repfabric's ability to help drive sustainable performance change.
