We have been in business for 15 years and have more than 23,000 company cars in full fleet management.After a first experience as Strategic Account Manager I received the wonderful opportunity to set up a new structure and lead the Account Management department. TraXall to our customers is an independent strategic partner that challenges them, makes them think long term and thus takes their company and mobility to the next level. The Strategic Account Managers play a vital role in this and now work within a clear framework and guide their customers in a coherent way, sharing knowledge and experiences consistently. They are bridge builders who can gain respect, trust and credibility from all parties involved. And they demonstrate our values on a daily base : one team, move forward, ownership, respect and communication.In this role I am the person who raises the bar, leads by example, and works on making the whole team and TraXall better.
