I have been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. I started at Merrill Lynch and served as a Resident Manager for 10 of my 17 years there. The past 6 years I have been a First Vice President - Investments with Wells Fargo Advisors. I graduated from the University of Missouri in 1979 with a BS in Education. I was also Co-Captian of the 1979 Football Team. Upon graduation I was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys. I played with the Cowboys from 1980 - 1987 and retired due to a knee injury. It was a great thrill to learn the principles of disipline, consistancy, and attitude from Coach Tom Landry and his staff.All the lessons I learned on the football field seem to relate to the investment world also. In addition several years ago I received my Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation from the College for Financial Planning.
