As someone who loves to build, I enjoy my role and our business because I'm able to see tangible outcomes of our work. Nothing energizes me more than seeing customers benefit from our solutions built with our partners – whether it be for work, school, or play. I believe our solutions leave a profound impact on the lives of our customers and empower them to achieve more.I have over 25 years of experience in sales, program management, marketing, operations, business management, and partner management at Microsoft. My career has been focused on our partner ecosystem, a field that I enjoy because it allows me to take on new challenges and constantly evolve my skillset. My rich background working in various capacities within our partner business makes me a skilled leader who has experience building and managing businesses, formalizing operational processes for our company and partners, and leading teams.People management is another important part of my leadership identity.
