In June of 2000, I joined The Swatch Group as a JD Edwards Administrator as a functional/business lead. My responsibilities included administration, support and on-going development of the Inventory/Distribution, Finance and Sales Order Management modules. I also developed and maintained various data extraction programs / interfaces and wrote and developed reports in JD Edwards, Microsoft Access and SQL Server. A notable achievement was the development of an application which integrated the wholesale and Swatch retail businesses which was later expanded to encompass the integration of all of their retail customers.

At Glaxo SmithKline (GSK) I enjoyed my role in the Sales and Marketing department where I was involved in many new and exciting initiatives including the acceptance, understanding and adoption of the CRM solution.
