In June of 2000, I joined The Swatch Group as a JD Edwards Administrator as a functional/business lead. My responsibilities included administration, support and on-going development of the Inventory/Distribution, Finance and Sales Order Management modules. I also developed and maintained various data extraction programs / interfaces and wrote and developed.

At Glaxo SmithKline (GSK) I enjoyed my role in the Sales and Marketing department where I was involved in many new and exciting initiatives including the acceptance, understanding and adoption of the CRM solution.
