Current* Vessel Husbandry services- Berthing application: Lodge ABF/DAFF Docs under statutory limits & clearance for the vessel- Hazardous lodgment via EDI on DG Trac of Port of Brisbane. - Crew Changes: Arrange the necessary documentation, transportation, accommodation, and medical care for the crew members joining or leaving the vessel.- Bunkering: coordinate the supply of fuel oil, lubricants, and fresh water to the vessel, ensuring the quality, quantity, and safety of the… Show more * Vessel Husbandry services- Berthing application: Lodge ABF/DAFF Docs under statutory limits & clearance for the vessel- Hazardous lodgment via EDI on DG Trac of Port of Brisbane. - Crew Changes: Arrange the necessary documentation, transportation, accommodation, and medical care for the crew members joining or leaving the vessel.- Bunkering: coordinate the supply of fuel oil, lubricants, and fresh water to the vessel, ensuring the quality, quantity, and safety of the products.- Ship Stores - Procure and deliver the essential items and provisions for the vessel, such as food, spare parts, equipment, and tools.- Notice of arrival: Notify the relevant parties, such as customs, quarantine, and terminal operators, of the vessel’s arrival and departure details, facilitating the smooth entry and exit of the vessel.- Liaise with VTS, Tugs, Pilotage & Mooring availability on changes. - Courier Fuel samples sending for lab testing- Place third parties on notice for damages: Inspect and report any damages or claims arising from the vessel’s operations, cargo damages, and place the responsible third parties on notice for liability and compensation.* Other reporting activities such as, Departure/ Vessel Balances and Vessel Call Information.
