During the Questrom Open House, I worked with Professor Patrick Abouchalache to teach a classroom session for incoming students analyzing a media case study. Additionally, I facilitated parent/student questions during the Mix & Mingle to provide the best service for prospective Questrom students. Outside the open house, I support incoming students via email with questions and inquiries regarding registration and campus facilities.

- Created an advanced Excel chart table solution to automate the Write Down and Impairment compilation and reporting process by building connections using data warehousing platforms like Incorta along with PowerBI and Excel.- Investment dataset spans over 20 years and is used in reporting to C-suite executives and plays a role in calculation of annual employee incentive payout.- Achieved time savings of up to 5 hours every quarter, with a potential of additional time saved as the chart table is expanded to support more databases.- Published documentation so that teams can easily access and understand core investment data.- Utilized ad-hoc analysis and data modeling for data governance and data cleansing using cross-referencing methods.

In the summer of 2023, I worked as an associate at Kohl's in charge of transactions, stock organization, and customer service. After two months of virtual training and courses, my responsibilities expanded to training new employees as well as running Amazon returns. This position has given me valuable experience in customer service, management, and teamwork.

I interned for my high school Business and FBLA teacher: Lauren Zomboracz. In my internship, I worked on tasks assigned to me, whether it be grading assignments, organizing documents, creating guides and slides for her classes, or helping students in the class that runs during my internship. I also helped my Accounting teacher too when doing tasks like making copies and assisting with classwork. I learned how to be productive in managing my time and getting work done efficiently, going the extra mile to make any project be the best it can be to exceed expectations, and be a key component to helping students who are taking Business courses.
