ABOUT ME

I am a coach and consultant, originally from Lapland, with a particular interest in well-being and working life. With a background in HR and expertise in work ability and well-being, I can offer valuable input into the overall management of organizational work ability, especially through proactive, individualized, and technology-driven coaching. Additionally, as an HR and recruitment expert, topics such as the employee life cycle from recruitment to the end of a career, occupational health collaboration, and early support are not unfamiliar to me. Thus, I can also support organizations in the role of a consultant in HR and work ability management practices.

At Notarec, I saw the HR and recruitment field in different industries (e.g. IT, energy, mining) in organisations of different sizes from a small start-up to large companies.
