I solved challenges related to algal strain performance, media formulation, and scalability, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of procedures and results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I ensured compliance with GLP and GMP standards, provided technical support, and mentored junior staff in fermentation techniques. Additionally, I contributed to the creation of training materials and SOPs, staying informed on advancements in fermentation science to enhance processes and outcomes.
