The pricing was approved by the CEO of American Express and required liaising with several groups including external vendors, legal, procurement and partner management under tight timelines.• Built detailed cost benefit analyses to support moving employees between markets which incorporated assumptions around class size, training time and wage arbitrage ($15MM annual saves).

* Developed a Return on Economic Capital Model for the US to understand the impact of an increased B2B mix and lower margins on new vintages.• Led an online/offline transaction analysis in a heavily cross functional, fast paced environment to understand profitability drivers over time by engaging partners in service delivery, finance and product development which was presented to the president of GCP and resulted in a deeper investigation of unprofitable segments.• Calculated return on investment and profit-loss projections for 10+ initiatives for the investment approval process to help senior leadership evaluate new projects.• Created a 5 year predictive model across 9 markets for 17 revenue streams which identified a $2.4M opportunity to the 2013 forecast.
