Vindhya is currently pursuing her MBA from MDI Gurgaon, a two-year course. Her interest in Math drove her to go in the Engineering direction, and graduate with a degree in Chemical Engineering, along with multiple positions of responsibilities in the various clubs that she was a part of, where she learned a lot about design and media.She eventually got the opportunity to take forward that interest as her career, when she got placed in Byju's, in the Media department. During her 48 months there, she worked on multiple projects like CBSE 6-10, ICSE 4-5, BTLA, Aakash Byju's 11-12, and Workbooks for grades 6-10. During these projects, she started off by giving her input as an editor, eventually took up more responsibilities, coordinated with over 6 different teams constantly, and was responsible for the closing of multiple chapters. She was also proactive when she volunteered to take up additional tasks like studio coordination and went to an off-site studio and managed to get the required results from there. She was also responsible for mentoring a few people and she then managed a team of 6 during her time as a VCC head, before she left to pursue her MBA.In her free time, she enjoys spending time painting, singing, playing chess, or badminton. She also loves being close to nature, so she often walks or rides away in search of hidden gems of nature.
