To fulfill all call related work (inbound & outbound) related to YL products and services from members and non-members.To call members when attending to queries to obtain correct and complete informations where required to resolve the issue.To attend and manage all inbound calls for Member Services Hotline.To receive and process orders from members.To provide product and promotion informations for members.Making efforts to understand the customer, both internal and external; anticipating customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.Working effectively with team members to accomplish organizational goals; taking actions that respect the needs and contributions of others; contributing to and accepting the consesus.Ensure calls are completed and wrap-up within stipulated timelines which will be determined upon the assignment of the respective call queue.Ensure details entered in the response and system is correct and accurate at all times.Promptly respond to inquiries for information about company services, regulations, information and procedures.To raise to management attention immediately upon encountering backlash or negative feedback from the members relating to any areas of YL or the leaders obligations to the members, technical or software difficulties, or any issues preventing the execution or completion of the assigned tasks within the stipulated timelines.Work as a part of team to deliver Young Living service in a friendly, professional, efficient and in a timely manner.To handle any additional or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Responsible for handle incoming & outgoing calls and assist visitor/guests.Handle conference and meeting rooms enquiries.Responsible for conference/meeting's arrangement and setup of conference include refreshment and lunch break for conference.To maintain and update all client contact information and ensure new updates are changed accordingly.Introduce value added services to clients.To handle and coordinate customer's requests accordingly.Ensure that clients requests and demands are met to the established service standards of the centre.Ensure the established service excelence standards are achieved with focus on customer's retention by building and maintaining customer relationship.To handle district domicile letter arrangement until delivered to customer's.Liaise with building management on any maintenance issues in the centre.Ensure that the equipments and machines are in working order at all times.To have good negotiation skill with suppliers.To handle food and beverage stock including stock check and inventory control.To handle stationary stock including check and inventory control.To implement effective purchasing procedure.Support operations manager with viewings when necessary.To handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
