CurrentAs a dynamic and creative Community Engagement Specialist, I bring innovation and energy to the creation of engaging digital content, while building strong connections within the ever-growing Go Overseas community. I actively test and implement marketing strategies that draw in prospective travelers, encourage return visits, and boost brand awareness through impactful content marketing.I’m passionate about crafting inspiring videos that capture the excitement of studying abroad, as well as highlighting unique, real-life travel stories from our community. I guide our audience toward discovering the programs of their dreams, helping them embark on perspective-changing journeys.In my role, I continuously expand my skills in digital marketing, communication, and design, all while inspiring our community to explore life-changing travel opportunities.Responsibilities:1. Content CreationCreate engaging email, on-site, and social media content, including short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok that reflect the Go Overseas brand.Write engaging copy across social media channels.Film videos for community members, supporting special campaigns like the USA Gap Year Fairs and country campaigns.Create infographics and marketing materials using templates.Monitor and analyze content performance.Oversee the marketing calendar.2. Community-BuildingConnect with community members to highlight and showcase travel stories.Respond to community questions via emails and DMs on social media.Complete community-focused content dailies.Travel and create content at community events, when needed.Optionally assist with producing in-person or virtual community events.3. Brand DevelopmentAssist with brand development and revamping templates for use across social media, email, print, and blog posts.Offer input on brand strategy and user research to inform marketing & UX strategies.Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
