I am Clement Matorwmasen, a Ghanaian entrepreneur, social advocate, and Dreamer. My life's journey from humble beginnings to my current role as the Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) of Dream Village has been a testament to resilience and the power of dreams.Throughout my career, I've established successful ventures such as Drive Aid Ghana, Green Gold Social Enterprise, Dream Works Ghana, and Cletek Services. These enterprises have been instrumental in creating opportunities and driving societal progress, especially for Ghana's youth.At Dream Village, my passion lies in fostering a community where dreamers can unite, learn, grow, and collaborate. I envision a world where every individual has the chance to pursue their dreams while living in harmony with themselves and the environment.My commitment extends to agricultural and community development. I've invested in sustainable farming practices in the Oti region, providing vocational skills training for young rural girls. Additionally, I've led initiatives to ensure clean water access, implement organic water purification plants, and establish WASH facilities in Ghanaian communities.My life's journey is chronicled in the documentary film "ZONGO," which showcases my resilience and determination, overcoming adversity and incarceration to pursue my dream of creating a village for dreamers within my Ghanaian community. The film beautifully captures themes of superstition, disease, poverty, education, hope, and dreams, dispelling stereotypes and illustrating how small steps can lead to thriving individuals and communities.Looking ahead, my team and I have ambitious plans to transform Dream Village into a Biohub, providing opportunities for those who dare to dream and find hope in community. My story serves as a reminder that each of us possesses the power to make a significant difference in the world.
