About Kang Wang

I'm passionate about robotics and mechatronics. I have a background in studying mechanical engineering at Santa Clara University. While I enjoyed the physics, mathematics, and hands-on aspects of the major, I also developed an interest in programming and machine learning. I explored machine learning through online classes alongside my major and eventually conducted research at the intersection of mechanical engineering and machine learning at the university. Meanwhile, through my graduate mechatronics class, I discovered my interest in mechatronics, which I believe is integral for bridging mechanical and software fields. Therefore, my goal is to become an expert in the interdisciplinary integration of these three fields.
