We help you take the very best of what you have – and turn it into the very best of what you need, for your future successProjects undertaken include:Application of six sigma to support the optimisation of a production process • Transformation of a chemical process and facility from commissioning phase into full production, ramping up to client required volumes through building and implementing the optimisation plan with the process owners. • Transition leadership of global Facilities Management accounts for CBRE GWS - leading the transition of newly won contracts for clients including; Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merryl Lynch, Tetra Pak, Ericsson and Snap Inc.• Managing senior client relationships and leadership of the internal team to ensure any issues are dealt with in an appropriate timely manner to maintain go live dates on multi phase projects.• Primarily in EMEA but with some responsibilities reaching into US, Latin America and APAC. Internal Business efficiency projects for CBRE• Aligning areas of the organisation after acquisition of new businesses to ensure the best parts of old and new were maintained.• Working with Country leadership across EMEA to develop and deliver plans to meet a target EBITDA increase of $38M through operational efficiencies including review of portfolio to identify loss making contracts.• Realigning business groups within the organisation, ensuring continued alignment of client facing KPI’s throughout the transformation.Implementation of an employee led change programme• Working with a team of Kwatee Consultants to design and implement the programme to fit the needs of the CEO Sponsored programme.
