Internal Business efficiency projects for CBRE• Aligning areas of the organisation after acquisition of new businesses to ensure the best parts of old and new were maintained.• Working with Country leadership across EMEA to develop and deliver plans to meet a target EBITDA increase of $38M through operational efficiencies including review of portfolio to identify loss making contracts.• Realigning business groups within the organisation, ensuring continued alignment of client facing KPI’s throughout the transformation.Implementation of an employee led change programme• Working with a team of Kwatee Consultants to design and implement the programme to fit the needs of the CEO Sponsored programme.
