  Hired originally in 2007 as a Systems Administrator and then promoted multiple times with increasing responsibilities. LPM is a ~40mm revenue parent company to 9 companies operating in the area of subsidized corporate cafes and catering. Worked closely with the CFO, COO and district managers to manage and implement many complex projects, onboard new vendors and services while staying under budget and fulfilling the needs of our clients often with short notice. • Manage all IT related hardware, software, services and vendors for 90 locations, 150 staff and corporate office. Includes 120 PCs, printers and 90+ cellular devices (cell phones and dedicated data devices). • Manage hundreds of Toasttab devices and associated peripherals and network. Migrated all locations to Toasttab (SAAS POS) which provided numerous benefits and savings including much lower processing rates, better financial tracking and compliance, time and attendance, inventory management, and new features like online ordering which we rolled out all locations during the pandemic. • Specify, order, install and maintain all computers, printers, point of sale, network (wired and wireless) and digital signage for all our locations, involved in numerous new location buildouts and renovations.• Setup and manage all local servers (physical and VMs), software, printers, backup services and wired and wireless networks, VPN, VOIP phone system, security cameras and door access at our corporate office.• Manage compliance and employee education training for credit card PCI requirements, PII info restrictions.• Manage outsourced IT support provider that provided help desk and ticket tracking, server and endpoint support and monitoring and some onsite help.
