I have worked closely with my management teams using Lean Logistics/Management methods to analyze various sides of the business, and create solutions to achieve better proficiency throughout and increase cost savings. I have strong analytical, project management, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence, work effectively, and implement solutions in a cross-functional, team environment. I am extremely proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications. I have worked with forecasting, inventory management, and capacity planning techniques. I am capable of following set procedures, but also creatively thinking in order to achieve the best possible solution. I enjoy the challenges of taking a problem and working it out to the end so the company can be more productive and increase their profits. Finding solutions in the most difficult situations is what I thrive on.
