Technical Operations Engineer
CurrentProviding sales engineering and pre-sales support to prospective clients, ensuring outcomes exceed expectations. Primary responsibilities are to help clients achieve their goals in managing their AV/IT estate by providing expertise, advice, proof of concept demonstrations, and implementation services. Additional activities include post-sale support to clients when questions or issues arise, while maintaining a close business relationship throughout the life of the solution to ensure customer success. Emphasis is given to focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) Workflows, and reducing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Meantime to Detection (MtD), Meantime to Resolution (MtR), and Meantime to Meeting Start (MtMS), reducing system downtime and increasing their efficiency and effectiveness.
