A multi faceted role focusing on Digital Signage, Digital Workspace and IPTV product segments in the AV sector. In short this role involves technical support, break/ fix support, RMA's, configuration and support of new product for during and after install. Further roles include media content support through digital signage and IPTV platforms such as Stratacache's Scala, Brightsign and our new and versatile in-house solutions IDS and IDT. Intevi's diverse clientele portfolio has afforded me the opportunity within this role to work with a number of well known brands and businesses. Placement working within an IT Service Delivery team following the Axelos ITIL framework for Incident, Problem and Change management for a well known European trade and diy multi channel retailer (Ecommerce, Contact Centre and Trade Counters). Some of the tasks completed:Alignment of vendor service level agreements against the client's business criticality requirements in order to minimise the risk of a possible block to trade. Reacting to negative customer feedback in order to improve the customer's perception of a business service provided. Fault finding where the issue stems from and then form an ongoing plan of action or amending standards/ policies to ensure the issue does not affect the customer in the future.Liaising and obtaining quotes from vendors to calculate and pitch to the business the financial cost of improving service level agreements for each business service supported.
